(EN) Louvre-Lens Museum : The 21st of november 2015
On saturday the 21st of november 2015 at the museum of Louvre-Lens, the members of the "Gallois de Fougières" project were invited to take part in a conference aboout The medieval man-at-arms, run by the historians Bertrand Schnerb and Christophe Gilliot. After professor Schnerb had presented the battle of Azincourt in great detail, Mister Gilliot did a presentation about the equipment of the man-at-arms of the end of the Middle Ages. Throughout this presentation, the members of the project did some demonstrations and proceeded to show the complete armouring process of an armoured fighter of the beginning of the 15th century.
